  • 6 ears of corn, husked and cleaned
  • Oil spray (olive oil or avocado oil)
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 3/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Husk and clean each ear of corn thoroughly, cutting them into bite-sized pieces (about 3–4 pieces per ear).
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Place the corn pieces in the basket and lightly spritz with oil spray. Air fry for approximately five minutes, flipping halfway through.
  3. While the corn cooks, melt the butter in a bowl and whisk in the Cajun seasoning until smooth.
  4. Once cooked, toss the hot corn in the Cajun butter to coat evenly.
  5. Serve warm with ranch dressing on the side.
