  • 1 puff pastry sheet
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup artichokes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Thaw the puff pastry on the counter.
  3. In a bowl, mix spinach, artichokes, parmesan cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cut the pastry in half and spread the filling evenly over one half.
  5. Place the other half on top and cut into long strips.
  6. Twist each strip into a swirl shape and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Brush with egg wash for color.
  8. Bake for 22-24 minutes until golden brown.
