  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (for sprinkling)
  • 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 10 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 to 5 ounces salted caramel sauce
  • 3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter for about one minute. Let it cool slightly before whisking in the egg, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Stir in flour and salt until just combined. Pour into a prepared pie dish and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips and shredded coconut over the crust, then drizzle with sweetened condensed milk and caramel sauce.
  5. Return to oven for an additional 25 minutes or until bubbly around the edges.
  6. Allow the pie to cool on a wire rack while melting additional chocolate chips.
