  • ½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (for dressing)
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice (or lemon juice)
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup (or honey)
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • ½ teaspoon salt (for dressing)
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if desired.
  2. Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts, remove any brown leaves, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
