  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk (for pudding)
  • ½ cup Cool Whip (for chocolate layer)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for raspberry layer)
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)
  • ½ cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into an 8×8-inch dish and freeze for about 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the chocolate pudding with 1 cup of milk, then fold in ½ cup of Cool Whip. Spread over the chilled crust and freeze for another 10-15 minutes.
  3. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons milk until smooth. Fold in raspberries and remaining Cool Whip, then spread over the chocolate layer.
