Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and grease your skillet or casserole dish with butter.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, pumpkin pie spice, salt, and vanilla extract. Stir in the heavy cream until smooth and pour into the prepared dish.
