  • 250 g Baby Bella mushrooms (thinly sliced)
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/4 cup apple vinegar
  • 1 package brie cheese (sliced)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Toast for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
