  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey/chicken)
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for greasing foil
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into four patties.
  2. Tear off four pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil (12 inches each) and lightly coat the center with olive oil.
  3. Place one burger patty on each piece of foil, top with mushrooms and Swiss cheese.
  4. Fold the foil over to create sealed packets.
  5. Grill on medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
  6. Check doneness; serve garnished with parsley if desired.
