  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red apple vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, red apple vinegar, minced garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight).
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Remove chicken from marinade; discard excess marinade. Place chicken in a baking dish and top with crumbled feta.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Broil for an additional 2–3 minutes if desired.
