  • 1 cup chocolate chips (for topping)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, cashew butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  2. Line a cutting board or large plate with parchment paper. Transfer the cookie dough mixture onto the paper and flatten to about 1/2-inch thick.
