  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 pound shredded Brussels sprouts
  • 1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef until browned; season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, green onions, soy sauce, and sriracha. Transfer to a plate.
  2. In the same skillet, heat avocado oil and sauté shredded Brussels sprouts until tender and caramelized.
  3. Return the beef to the skillet; stir in sweet chili sauce and lime juice until well combined.
  4. Serve hot over rice or in wraps. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
