  • 1 pound large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (or olive oil)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine peeled shrimp with minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
  3. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in half of the grated Parmesan until smooth.
  4. Pour the buttery mixture over the seasoned shrimp and toss gently. Spread evenly on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the oven for 8-10 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining Parmesan and chopped parsley before serving.
