  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken with chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper; let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Sear the seasoned chicken in vegetable oil over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Allow to rest before slicing.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream until thickened slightly.
  4. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  5. In a pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic before adding chicken broth and soy sauce; simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Divide noodles into bowls, pour hot broth over them, add sliced chicken, and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
