  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 cup turkey bacon bits
  • 6 English muffins
  • 1/2 cup Heinz chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until combined.
  3. Season the egg mixture with salt, pepper, and onion powder, then whisk again.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into a greased non-stick pan over medium heat, stirring gently until soft and fluffy. Stir in half of the turkey bacon bits before removing from heat.
  5. Slice each English muffin in half and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  6. Spread a layer of Heinz chili sauce on each muffin half.
  7. Spoon the egg mixture generously onto each muffin half, topping with shredded cheese and remaining turkey bacon bits.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
