2 cups shredded chicken
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 cup butter
1 cup milk
1 package Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
Seasoning (garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375° F and grease a large 9×13 baking dish.
Melt the butter and spread it evenly in the bottom of the dish. Layer shredded chicken on top.
Add frozen mixed vegetables over the chicken and season with garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
In a bowl, whisk together milk and Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix; pour over layered ingredients without stirring.
Combine cream of chicken soup with chicken broth until smooth; pour over the casserole without stirring again.
