  • all-purpose flour
  • granulated sugar
  • baking powder
  • baking soda
  • salt
  • ground cinnamon
  • eggs
  • milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • vanilla extract
  • vegetable oil
  • brown sugar (for swirl)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a standard loaf pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, mix the eggs, milk (or non-dairy alternative), vanilla extract, and vegetable oil until smooth.
