  • 4 tbsp cold water (optional)

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken dry and season with salt, pepper, oregano, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and melted butter until smooth. Pour over the chicken in the crockpot.
  3. Cook on LOW for about three hours until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  4. Shred the chicken and stir in heavy cream for added richness.
  5. For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with cold water and stir it into the sauce; cook on low for an additional thirty minutes if desired.
