  • 8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tbsp butter. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; cook each side for about 6-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté for one minute. Pour in heavy cream and stir until thickened.
  4. Slice chicken and return it to the skillet with drained pasta. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
  5. Serve warm, garnished with extra Italian seasoning or freshly grated cheese if desired.
