  • 12 oz penne or fettuccine pasta

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth

  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve some pasta water.
