  • 10 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 oz package dried ranch dressing seasoning
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb dry large elbow pasta
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow pasta in boiling water until al dente (about one minute less than package instructions). Drain and toss with olive oil.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 3-quart baking dish.
  3. In a skillet over medium-low heat, cook the diced turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from pan, leaving some grease.
  4. Increase heat to medium; add shredded chicken and ranch seasoning to the skillet, cooking for about 2-3 minutes.
  5. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Whisk in flour, then slowly stir in heavy cream until thickened.
  6. Mix in Parmesan cheese and half of both mozzarella and cheddar until melted. Fold in pasta, chicken mixture, and half of the turkey bacon.
  7. Pour into prepared baking dish, top with remaining cheeses and turkey bacon. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
