  • 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken strips and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add more oil and stir-fry green beans for about 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for an additional minute.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet and mix in soy sauce, honey, and optional red pepper flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve over rice or noodles.
