  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and cook the ground beef until browned (about 7–8 minutes). Season with Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic.
  4. Lay tortillas flat and evenly distribute the beef mixture and cheeses on each. Roll tightly.
  5. Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with garlic butter.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
