  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  3. Add beef to the skillet with vegetables; season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned (about 5-6 minutes).
  4. In another saucepan, melt butter and whisk in flour to create a roux. Gradually add milk while whisking until smooth; simmer until thickened.
  5. Stir in provolone cheese until melted; combine with tortellini and beef mixture. Toss gently to coat.
