  • 5 1/2 cups Rice Krispie cereal

  • 16 oz caramel candies
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat; add vegan marshmallows and stir until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies until fully coated.
  4. Press mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
  5. Sprinkle peanuts on top.
  6. In a separate saucepan, melt caramel candies with heavy cream until smooth, then pour over the peanut layer.
  7. Melt chocolate chips in intervals until smooth, then spread on top of the caramel layer.
  8. Allow to set completely before cutting into squares.
