  • 150 ml double cream (heavy cream)
  • 60 g caster sugar
  • 410 g black cherry fruit filling (tinned)
  • Fresh blackberries
  • Fresh blueberries
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime
  • 60 g dark chocolate (for shavings or drizzle)

Instructions

  1. Crush the chocolate biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press firmly into a tart pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
