  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 sub rolls
  • 8 slices crispy Turkey Turkey Bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until just mixed.
  3. Form mixture into 16-20 uniform meatballs.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown meatballs for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add BBQ sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Slice sub rolls and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  7. Assemble by placing meatballs in rolls and topping with cheese and turkey bacon.
  8. Bake for an additional 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
