  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken tenders with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  3. Air fry seasoned chicken tenders for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. While cooking, melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice; simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  5. Toss cooked chicken tenders in the honey garlic sauce until fully coated.
  6. Serve immediately with garnishes like chopped herbs or sesame seeds.
